This is my the back of my garage where I keep the ECB. It is working on hour 20 of a pork butt cook. It has been killing me.

This is my friend Nikos tending the coals on the spit. The lamb looks kinda creepy on this pic due to the phone camera. Believe me it looked good live and tasted even better when it came out. Note the "kokoretsi" on the lower right, a sign of an authentic Greek spit roast.
